Mercy Center is a place of exceptional beauty, tranquil in its presence, welcoming to those seeking peace and always listening for what the Spirit calls us to be and to become.  Mercy Center is not an escape from the "real world" -- people come here and are transformed.  This positive change doesn’t end or stop when our guests leave -- the essence of Mercy and their experience here remains within them and is then fed back into families, into neighborhoods and into communities.

With every bed we make and every meal we prepare at Mercy Center, we strive to make a difference -- to cause meaningful change -- to try and make the world a better place. Every person who visits Mercy Center lives this message everyday.

The Sisters of Mercy of the Americas, Northeast Community who have made a life affirming commitment to the long-term future of our ministry at Mercy Center, the Board of Trustees who are guiding us through the renovation and renewal of our physical plant, the staff who work tirelessly to make sure that Mercy Center offers a hospitality that reveres the value and uniqueness of each person, the program presenters and retreat directors who are inspirational to so many, and all who come as our guests -- all of us are Mercy in our communities.
